What Happens After Your Board Signs On

Onboarding with EBAS comes down to four short steps spread across your first few cases, with nothing to install or configure. Most of what changes is that your board has a category to name in an order and somewhere to send questions.

The onboarding call

Onboarding starts with one call with the EBAS team. Your board explains how its cases move, who writes the orders, and where results should go, and EBAS explains how assignment works and who to contact for what.

The one setup decision is the results recipient. A shared compliance or licensing inbox works well.

Your first order

Your board names the categories in an order and sends it. Everything after that runs between EBAS and the licensee: registration, payment, scenario assignment, Prometric authorization, and scheduling. See Who Does What: Board, Licensee, and EBAS for the full division.

Your first results

EBAS reaches out after your board’s first score report to walk through it. That call is where the section-level detail gets read against a real case, and it is worth taking even if the result is a straightforward pass.

The offer stands for staff who join later. A new investigator or board counsel can have the same call without your board going through onboarding again.

Ongoing

Nothing is scheduled after that unless your board wants it. Questions go to EBAS directly at any point, including a status check on a specific licensee.

Bradley Guye handles board referrals and presentation requests. Greg Hirschi handles board-level questions and escalations. Lanie Dart handles day-to-day support, reports, and logistics.
